Usher in 2018 with Forlino’s indulgent New Year’s Eve Menu overlooking the spectacular view of the Marina Bay fireworks. The delectable gourmet feast includes Hokkaido Scallop Tartare with Passion fruit and Mango, Sous-Vide Egg with Porcini Mushrooms & Alba White Truffle and the traditional northern Italian dessert, Monte Bianco.
